A Leader's Guide to Passion - is the result of my research on personality, psychological conditions of engagement (meaningfulness, safety, and availability of resources) and employee engagement. We will discuss the relevance of emotional engagement, decode the most important predictor of engagement (meaningfulness), and explore key connections between personality, meaningfulness, and work-role fit.
