Presenter:
Cris Wildermuth, EdD, SPHR, is an Assistant Professor at Drake University's Master of Science in Leadership Development, where she teaches courses in Leadership, Ethics, Research, and Human Resource Development. Dr. Wildermuth has a doctorate in Leadership studies from Bowling Green State University. Her main research interests are employee engagement, the five factor model of personality, and the teaching of adaptive leadership.
