Join us on Thursday June 10, 2021, where we will hear from Jerrod Murr, Founder and CEO of Paradigm Shift, when he speaks about Being Heard in a Noisy World: Speaking as an Effective HR Business Partner.
The art of communication is critical to your effectiveness as an HR business partner. To “sit at the table” or be “in the room where it happens” is not enough. As HR professionals, we must stand ready to present our ideas in articulate and meaningful fashions. This can be expressed in a system from creating content to delivering the message, and all the powerful steps in between.
In this session, we will discuss key strategies to making your voice heard as an HR representative. It is designed to equip HR professionals with improved speaking strategies. From creation to articulation, the art of public speaking will be presented in usable manners. In this sense, public speaking entails 1-on-1 encounters as well as large presentations, so HR personnel are better equipped to share ideas and create positive change.
