Today's work environment has gone, and will continue to go through, significant change as we continue to come out of the pandemic. Living through constant change, DE&I and the hybrid workplace are just some of the issues that will define what 2022 looks like. During this presentation we will review local, national and global issues that signify five trends that will define the workplace and 2022 in order to help us prepare and make the most of the new normal...until it changes again!
