Analyzing Work Culture – The Value of Knowing

The workplace is changing at an incredibly rapid pace – so many different generations, cultures and perspectives, all with different ideas, expectations and desires. How do you create a positive balance with benefits, be effective with recruitment and on point with retention without asking what is on the mind of those who know best? Your staff! Join us for this “how-to” discussion and learn the in’s and out’s of how to conduct a productive culture assessment.

As a result of this session, participants will:

    • Have tips for engaging members of leadership and staff into culture analysis concepts.

    • Understand how to do a culture analysis and the tools that will be necessary to complete a thorough assessment.

    • How to analyze and understand the data collected during the culture analysis and remain neutral when receiving constructive feedback.

    • Receive great ideas for sharing the findings and putting the information to work
