Join us via Zoom on Thursday, February 9th at 8am for our monthly meeting to hear from Bruce Waller for 5 strategies to get more Buy-In from the C-suite.
This session is about learning strategies to develop more influence in the workplace and to get more buy in from the C-Suite!
• Attendees will learn why building trust is the starting point to getting more buy in.
• Attendees will learn its more than getting buy in, and great leaders influence others when they align problems with company mission, objectives, and goals for success.
• Attendees will learn the value of developing sponsors in the workplace and how to use them to help you get things accomplished.
The attendee experience is everything... This session will provide relatable, applicable, and strategic takeaways for attendees to take back for immediate application to create more influence in workplace... which will also elevate confidence and growth for too!
